·          PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL UPON COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

·          Payment will be the responsibility of the person(s) who is stated in and have signed the contract.

·          Big City Music is not liable for any injury or damage to person(s) or property.

·          The contracting party IS & WILL BE held liable for any and all damage to Big City Music's equipment and/or person caused, directly or indirectly, by the contracting party while at the contracted location.

·          Big City Music DJ’s have the right to shut down and quit at any time, if Big City Music DJ’s have, beyond a reasonable doubt, reason that any fights, illegal actions, or situation ES DJ’s feels improper occurs.

·          The contracting party has 14 days prior to the event to cancel contract without reasonable cause*.

·          If contract is canceled less then 14 days prior to the event without reasonable cause*, contracting party

       IS & WILL BE held liable for the FULL price of contract excluding any mileage if none has been traveled.

• BIG CITY MUSIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CONTRACT IS NOT SIGNED OR RETURNED.
• A $25 COLLECTION FEE WILL BE ACCESSED FOR ALL LATE PAYMENTS.
• A $25 FEE WILL BE ACCESSED FOR ANY TAMPERING OR UNAUTORIZED USE OF ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES EQUIPMENT

              

*REASONABLE CAUSE LIMITED TO:  

• Bad weather
• Family illness
• Family emergency

Problems with contracted location    (Ex. Fire, flood, loss of building)
